My family and I spent the day in one of the most enjoyable fashions we can think of. It was a little cold out today so the two girls ages 3 and 4 stayed with friends. There is no better way to get the whole family outdoors and into the woods. There is also no better way to practice for hunting season. Judging yardage, estimating holdovers, negotiating obsticals, figuring out how to slip a arrow through a narrow opening to make a lethal shot. Even if you are not a hunter 3-D archery is just plain fun.:) The bottom pic is of a baby raccoon that was checking us out.

The black blob under the fallen tree is a feral hog. And for the folks down in florida we even practice on big snakes:eek:

I love shooting the cobra target. We have a range around here that sets up some pretty good shots. He also uses the alligator target that is always my worst.

The pict above with my wife kneeling beside the deer target. She shot from the same stake I shoot from. My arrow looked good from the stake even though I am a little left. I told my wife to aim for my arrow so from approx 38 yards her arrow is touching mine. Hell Robin Hood would be proud of that:eek:
