I'm thinking it's probably not an if it is I'm thinking it's probably not legal for your average fellow.
Anyway here are the pics I got in an email.

Red-'x' ing. there's a pic going around the internet of a phone integrated with the grip of a Glock. Photoshop.

Boy you would stick out like a sore thumb pulling that "phone" out today. 10 years ago you would have been a regular James Bond. Today a 10 yr old would at you and laugh.

Now if they fit one into a iPhone or EVO.....

Ah, a 'Pen/Zip-Gun'. Classified as an AOW under federal law via the National Firearms Act, and completely legal to build/own/carry, so long your state allows such things.

[Of course, only after you've paid the tax to ATF and gotten the stamp back].

I think the "wallet gun" is more convincing. Dunno who makes 'em or where to buy 'em, tho.

The gun in that link is a High Standard Derringer. They made them in .22 LR and the more common .22 Magnum. Had a horrendous trigger pull, and the bullets usually keyholed, but I know of 2 different cops that saved their lives with them back in the days when they were a popular backup gun.

They sold the wallets for them all over the place, and lots of cops bought them. My department put out a training memo pointing out they were a felony to possess along with being against department policy.

Crooks have been making various hidden guns for many years. There used to be a bulletin on a different one every couple of weeks back in the 70's and 80's. Biker gangs were responsible for a lot of them, as most of the members were felons, so they would go to prison for illegal CCW. So they looked for ways to have a gun that wouldn't be spotted in the routine pat downs they got every time they flew colors down the road.
