Very cool, I like it. They are most certainly using lowers manufactured by a third party and having them engraved. To gauge what the quality might be, you'd have to phone them and ask who will be making the receivers. If you find out, be sure to post the information here.
 
I was thinking the same thing actually.

Our lowers are not mass produced, as cheaper lowers are. This year we will only be producing about 35. The quality of our lowers is of the utmost importance to us and because of this desire, we partnered with Mega Machine Shop. Mega Machine Shop is considered to be one of the top manufactures in the US for the AR15 platform. From our stand point, their quality met our needs.

The receivers are manufactured to our specifications by Mega Machine Shop. They are the highest quuality receivers on the market today. We currently produce two variations, the American Weapon Systems and the Zombie Annihilator. The Zombie Annihilator is currently in production and we do have a few available if you are interested. We also have a few of our American Weapon Systems lowers available as well.

What makes them the highest quality receivers? What's different about your specs than what Mega normally produces?
