Remington 1903A3 Question

Safety looks correct... what are those dots on the top of the barrel?

As for the stock if it says "complete with all hardware" or "all metal" then you can be confident it'll have what you need. If it doesn't, you'll have to find some.

Springfield Sporters is a a good place for the hardware (buttplate, bands, screws, etc). Also Sarco Inc. or Numrich.

The barrel and front sight appear untouched. Also the bolt looks like the original. It is hard to tell from the pics without an original in my hands, but it looks fine. Worst case, an 03A3 bolt handle is easy to find in great condition (even new) for cheap. All the springfields had bent handles but many have been swept back slightly to make it easier to clear a scope. Also a side swinging safety is often seen on sporterized examples. Take a look at google images for a 1903A4.

Figure about $150ish to get it back to original. Or close to original, except for the front ring. A little touch up blue or paint would make that much less obvious without adding to the injury too much.

Was that just a bad scratch over "Model" on the front ring, or a scope base hole that was welded back over?

Doesn't look too bad. I'd keep an eye out for a stock, but wouldn't make a priority of it.
