Trying to repair an old semi 22 since a local smith service said they couldn't do anything with it. I suspect they didn't try to hard since parts are an issue with this gun.
The gun does shoot, but upon firing a round the trigger must be pushed forward in order to shoot the next chambered round. I attached a schematic of the rifle.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to give this thing a new found life.

Will try a scrub down.
Appears all parts are where they ought to be, but I'm not a smith.
Just seems odd the trigger will not reset.
