Who loves your .357 magnums?

Not to sure when it "hit" the market, but 2400 and 357's go togeather like bread&butter. Just don't use magnum primers!

I had at least a half dozen 686's

and now regret selling most of them. Those 2 and 1/2" 627's are absolutely beautiful. I may have to get one.:D

Whats not to love. My first handgun purchased was a Taurus 357. Almost traded it in when I bought my Berreta 9mm (service model). The wife talked me out of trading it thank God. I now have my fathers S&W too and there is hardly any difference between them. I've had the Taurus 20 years now, not sure how long my father had the Smith but I remember it when I was a kid. The Berreta is long gone and not missed.

Good evening
Sorry I do not love any chunk of steel but I would not trade or sell my Dan Wesson .357 (or any other caliber) unless someone made a very crazy offer.
Mike in Peru ... All my Dans are in storage up north there in the U.S. of A.

S&W 27-3, 4 inch.
S&W 19-4, 6 inch.
S&W 19-4, 2.5 inch.
Colt King Cobra 4 inch.

All shooters, in good shape and well loved.

I'm a fan. Strictly utilitarian, though.
SP101 2.5-inch.
GP100 3-inch.
GP100 4-inch.

Even more fun since getting into reloading. I'm shooting 158 grain SWCs almost exclusively. 2400 for full power loads, Trail Boss for powder puffs, and Unique for intermediate "heavy specials."

Love... no. Like and use, oh yes, very much so.

I love my .357 a lot too, but......

Love the looks I get from the stalls beside me. The 12 inch fireballs out of the barrel are cool too!

If you like this, you should try it with a 5" bbl 460 magnum. The 3 foot fire ball is fun with that.

I've owned many over the years. Right now I own a Colt Lawman MK III 2", Smith & Wesson Model 28 4" and a MR-73 4". All great revolvers.

I like mine, but I didn't necessarily care for the guy's next to me last time I was at the range! :what:

They were of the fireball and hellfire crowd. Livin it up with each touch of the fire. Yup, there I was, in all my 22 caliber glory, tryin out my new single six.

That said, I do dig my Dan Wessons and I'm getting accustomed to my New Model Blackhawk. Most of the time, they're spittin wussy-wads (38 spl) but once in a while, I let em get out there and stretch their legs. I load my own so, there isn't much difference for me to use 357s, but, when I was stocking up on my brass, I just shot so much more 38s!

yep. favorite all purpose wheelgun caliber. have several, all Rugers, but this is by far the best shot i've ever made with the SP101.
