Who wins season 4?l I know it's already shot isn't it? And I know you probably can't say anything due to a NDA you probably signed.. Lol hadbto ask...

"Sent while riding my purple unicorn bareback through the clouds"

Well, okay, maybe you can put to rest something that I've got stuck in my head... that reality shows contain scripted fake drama, even to the point that the director/writers will decide is needed to keep ratings up. Perhaps they'll even announce, "Okay, you aren't going to like him", or, "Okay, with the camera rolling, invent some reasons why you can't stand the others."

I love the show, but fast-forward through all the non-shooting nonsense. To me it's a complete waste of time and irrelevant to what the show is about - skill and competition.

I agree completely, but I think the show is actually pretty good about minimizing the irrelevant fluff, especially in contrast to other "reality"/competition shows.

Congrats for making it into the show! I love it and have seen every episode of every season so far.

I will continue applying to be on the show for each season until I either make it on the show, or am too old to be confident in my abilities! :)

Both shotgun activities in the last episode made me quite envious of the shooters! I'd love to have a go at both of those target apparatuses! I especially like that the main challenge's target system required teamwork to utilize. So cool!

Pretty much posted to subscribe :D

Welcome Gabby and good luck, maybe now I have a legitimate reason to watch the show again. After all the drama and BS in the first coupla seasons I gave up on it.

Welcome aboard. It's nice that you are willing to give us a direct line into the inner workings of the show.
As I understand it, you folks are all bound by a nondisclosure agreement until the ending is resolved (to the general public), but any insights will be welcome.

Hello friends and neighbors // Welcome Gabby, congrats on your previous accomplishments and good luck in this endeavor.

Off show:
Which firearm has been the easiest for you to teach others to hit with consistantly.
One that gives the largest cross section of people an enjoyable, confidence building, first experience is what I'm looking for.

On show:
It appears as though everyone, reguardless of size, uses the same weapon.
If this is correct, is the stock/pull mid length.
If not did you practice with a full length shoulder stock or did you normally use one when shooting shotguns before the show?
also
Can folks relax or are most just waiting to shoot and move on?
also
How is the food?

Enjoy the journey!

Welcome, and I hope things went well for you. Top Shot 4 is so far the best one in my opinion. I did not like the bickering and the clique's from the previous seasons, scripted or not.

Thank you for the welcoming messages!!
I hope you are enjoying the show, remember to watch this Tuesday @ 10pm

Glad to have you aboard and looking forward to watching the show.

How many shots or how much trigger time did you actually get with the BAR before the head to head?

Hi. I was almost mad when I read the title as I hadn't watched last week's episode yet and figured somebody was posting that you were eliminated. You shoot great and I hope you go far. :)

Ok... I will try to respond as many questions as I can ;):

@9mmepiphany - I agree with you, everything in life happens for a reason and I wanted to be on BLUE team once I was selected to be in the show, so I was not exactly very happy when I learned I was on RED TEAM, however once I started to see my teammates and we started to talk more once we got to the house I WAS VERY HAPPY TO BE ON RED TEAM!! :)

@spikedzombies - YEAP... I can't say who won the competition and even if I could I wouldn't lol.... It is more exciting this way... Enjoy the competition :)

@spikedzombies - I don't know about other reality shows, but I can tell you that I am a regular persona who just applied one day to TOP SHOT... We have drama all the time in our house, work area, etc... Imaging been in a house "locked up" with 15 people you just met, and don't know much about it. Confrontations happen in TOP SHOT and is very real. Also there is a lot of good times, we playing cards all the time, Frisbee, throwing with baseball gloves, darts, we had good conversations... Etc...

@Overkilll0084 - I cannot disclosure anything that happens in the show as how is made and all that, but I know there are a lot of questions more interesting than that and me as part of the TOP SHOT community feel the necessity of letting the viewers know that it is a Show because is on TV... But, IT IS DEFINITELY A COMPETITION, there is pressure, tension, decisions, and it is all real...

Q: Which firearm has been the easiest for you to teach others to hit with consistantly.

R: I used to shoot Olympic shooting and I know for a fact that .22lr is the best caliber to learn and to practice and improve your technique. I love to teach with .22 because I can see which errors my students are making because I am eliminating the factor of "recoil" also they enjoy it a lot more ;)

On show:
Q: It appears as though everyone, reguardless of size, uses the same weapon.
If this is correct, is the stock/pull mid length.
R: Yes, we all use the same weapon system and stock are as they come from factory, nothing special.

Q: If not did you practice with a full length shoulder stock or did you normally use one when shooting shotguns before the show?
R: I don't shoot shotguns regularly, I shot SKEET once before going to the show just to have an idea of the activity. I shot with my cousin old Rem 1100 wood stock.

Q: Can folks relax or are most just waiting to shoot and move on?
R: Once we get to the range, the competition is on.! Once we finish the competition we go back to the house.

Q: How is the food?
R: Great.! We have to cook our own meals and we all helped! we were supplied with almost everything we asked... That was Awesome :)

@Dr.Rob
Don't remember exactly the amount of rounds or time for practice, but what I can tell you is that the practice it is just so we have an idea of the weapon... Not much time, so I had to pay a lot of attention and do as good as I could in practice.
