They are $150.36 with a gunsmith discount, $169.99 without from Brownells.

If you just have to have a Colt replacement part in order to keep your Colt rifle all Colt, then you'll have to pay for it. Personally, I'd just buy a bolt from Bravo Company and not worry about it.

If you are concerned about the value of your rifle and being able say that all of the parts are Colt, if/when you sell it, just get a BCM or Daniel Defense bolt and replace your Colt bolt with it. Keep the Colt as the back up, assuming that it isn't nearing it's time to be replaced.

I may be a bit off base here, but it kind of strikes me that buying an entire Colt rifle is a lot cheaper than it would cost to buy all Colt parts and then assemble your own rifle. I don't know why that is.

Colt has longer head to datum line measurement i think. The field gage is different also. Not an expert on the subject. :confused: Sold my Colt. :) Casegage012Aa.jpg
