This is the elevation screw cap on my old Weatherby Mark XXII so at least 40 years old, Google has been no help. Who can I call to find one. Thinking of selling so thought I would fix it up first. Thanks for any Ideas.

From Weatherby website FAQ:

Where do I send my old Weatherby® scope for repair?

Thanks RC, I looked all over Weaver optics web site and could not find a faq page. I tried calling the APO number and they are closed, I will try again after the 2nd. There web site says to ship it to them with 65.00 and they will see if they can fix it. Hope a phone call will have a better out come.

Ahhhh???
It's a Weatherby XXII scope, not a Weaver scope.

I just Googled "Weatherby XXII repair" and thats what jumped out.

At any rate, I doubt there is any possible way you would recover the $65 dollar repair bill on a used scope sale.

I'd try to sell it "as is" and let the next owner worry about find a cap.

It is a Weaver scope that came on a Weatherby mark XXII. I"m so confused  The only markings on it are Weaver 4X USA. Thinking of selling rifle and scope together.

Not the first time I have not made myself clear. I have had it for about 35 years, a trade with my best friend. I have seen a couple other Mark XXII rifles for sale withe the Weaver scope, I just assumed that is what came with it, my bad. Sounds like I can just take it off and get the same thing for the rifle. Thanks for your effort.
