You could tell Piers Morgan was physically scared of Ted Nugent. I bet of Ted got out of his chair Piers would have wet himself. It would have been funny.

Oh Please....put the bight light of enlightenment upon us:

----- Or is he [TED] just selling something or himself?
----- Has Piers pointed out his less-than-savory history regarding the hunting laws of manylands? (That'd be where I'd start)

KRAP.....Let's just eat ourselves till there is nothing ........

Why the hell don't you ask why PM --->left<---- ENGLAND...???

Representing millions of gun owners on a nationally televised program is no place for amateurs. They should of either been prepared or not taken part.

The owner of that store aggravated me in particular. He knew what Morgan was going to do and in my opinion did it for the publicity.

I really liked the way the Texas AG handled Morgan who once again showed that he will always change the topic when he starts getting his head handed to him in a debate.

The range owner angered me right off the bat when he said that a shotgun would be best for HD "so as not to have overpenetration thru the walls and maybe hit a loved one." ~ :banghead:

No problem but it doesn't sound like that's the whole thing. I didn't see any gunshop owner interview.

uuuuhhh...

...the single most useful part of this was the taping of PissMorgan smiling while firing Ma Deuce...ON NATIONAL TELEVISION...The more that video finds itself spread around, the better for everyone...No dialog needed, no comments, just the smiling...everything he says after that is a joke...g2
ps...they won't leave that tape unedited for long...

The KHOU 11 news at 10 Pm showed people were gathering outside Tactical Firearms led by Alex Jones protesting on PM. I bet PM was scared. Dont mess with Texas !

I'm watching the West Coast run of the show right now (15 minutes in) and the LGS owner has fallen victim to PM's baiting type questions-:banghead:

Sadly it hasn't gotten much better on the "baiting" issue...

I did hear Piers say:
"Wayne LaPierre has made a 360 on guns in schools and a 360 on universal background checks."

Uhm... I think he got that a bit wrong! :p

The Radio host and the Texas senator (Sorry I don't remember) spent most of their time with PM talking over each other... I'm glad we are being portrayed as so civilized that we can have a conversation like adults...

:banghead:

It's sad that PM went into this whole thing with preconceived notions about guns and failed to see the entertainment purposes and legal uses for firearms, including the AR15. We aren't doing ourselves a lot of favors.

I'm sure there has been some clever editing somewhere in there too...

The lgs owner did a decent job, yeah we can pick at things as people who are more knowledgeable on these subjects, but to common man he did a good job demonstrating the differences between SA and FA as well as the prohibitive costs of mass ownership of MGs .

The AG also did pretty well. There were some times where PM got an upper hand, but he did have some good counters. I'm sure he wasn’t used to a person actively berating him with ever changing questions. That makes it hard to form coherent arguments when the topic is constantly changing.
The concealed carry advocates did well, when he talked about his personal experiences with a criminal and the gun used wasn’t an AR 15 and how he needed more than 10 bullets. It was personal to him and he portrayed that to the viewers

Nugent had PM tied up in his logic right off the start. He countered his facts and the line about suicides in Japan and whether PM cares about murders or just murders with guns was great. The second segments he also did a great job. He countered PM’s arguments calmly and with facts. I think he did a great job, presented our side well

If I am ever in Texas, I will be sure to avoid that store like the plague. The owner of that store is a moron who had to know what he was doing and who cut the throats of law abiding gun owners anyhow.

This is the first time I have ever watched this guy... boy, he sure is a putz. Keeps cutting off his guests when the answers don't go the way he wants. I tell ya what, I'll personally pay for the plane ticket to take him back to wherever he came from.

It's the new style of journalism.

And Jeremy Clarkson (from Top Gear), who HATES Piers Morgan and once punched him, begs us not to send Morgan back:D

So I instead I suggest we dump Piers Morgan in a third world hellhole in Africa that has plenty of warlords, cannibals, animals that will eat you, AIDS and Ebola and let's see long he'll survive  No gun of course, civilians don't need them and neither does he.

I just watched the DVR and Ted Nugent was outstanding. He brought energy, enthusiasm, and his no BS attitude, but didn't end up acting like a d***. Besides him schooling PM, it was enjoyable to watch him. I think he would be a good public speaker for the NRA, in lieu of Wayne LaPierre if he could keep the up the performance tonight.

Ted Nugent killed it you could tell PM was frustrated. When Ted keeps his cool he is sharp as razor wire and makes excellent points.

But Ted is only about fifty-fifty on keeping his cool... Probably not the best choice for a PR guy. But he did do fairly well in this go round.

I refuse to give any of the cable news channels ratings, so thanks for the youtube links.
BTW, PM more than likely took on the gun debate simply for ratings. I don't believe he actually cares one way or another. Morgan and O'Reilly are exactly the same towards their guests, neither have any class. I have more respect for Geraldo, at least he's consistant and respectful.

I actually thought that Ted came across as cool and level headed. I'm glad he stayed calm and didn't let Piers walk all over him like the majority of people who come on Morgan's show.
