Here's my .450 Bushmaster. This rifle is awesome!! I removed the redundant gas block in front of the aluminum forend and plan to swap the forend for one fom Daniel Defense. I'll order a suppressor for it this year too. I thought I was done with ARs but I might just have to get a 16" version now that BM is making them again ... or maybe an SBR version.

For medium bore I went with the Grendel which is the Beowulf's little brother. I have found it to be an outstanding varmint rifle.

If I need full size the FD308 is the ticket

Lot of sweet guns would not mind having one my self.but way out of my price range

Good grief!! 10 posts and only two actual BIG BORE ARs ... :( . That .50 Beowulf is sweet though. I ordered this forend for my .450 BM from Daniel Defense today.

I plan to build 6.5 Grendel and .458 SOCOM uppers after I finish my SDM-R. If I were to get a .50 Beowulf I'd be afraid I would find my gun safe ajar one morning with the Beowulf all scratched up and no trace of the Grendel except for a broken off charging handle laying just inside the door.

Ya I know I know but the med-bore's are hammers and no one knows about these but I
don't know why people are posting 6.5 and 308's. Big Bore starts at .375 so im not to far off. LOL

I want to build either a 450 Bushmaster or 458 SOCOM after I finish my current build.

Nice reference. Wonder how many won't catch it though.

And this is one of many reasons living in Norway sucks...
It has its good sides, of course. But laws on semi-automatic firearms is not one of them.
Timc's Beowulf is just high-end porn for me.
The others are good looking as well. Keep'em coming. :)

Me too! I wish that Barnes made a .452 caliber TTSX bullet .... around 250gr. I could swage the .458 300gr bullet but 300gr is too heavy for what I want/need. Nice rifle by the way.

Its just like cats and dogs, you have to introduce them to each other when they are young, play with them both equally and they will get along just fine!
