Okay guys , I recently got a ruger bisley super blackhawk in .44 magnum, the lipseys model with the 3.75 inch barrel. Anyone got any recommendations on a good holster, my max is $200 hoping that should offer a wide variety. Primary focus is on concealment, I looked at simplyrugged.com and they have a sourdough pancake holster that would word and ill buy it if nothing else pops up. Any suggestions?

El Paso Saddlery makes good stuff, but you have to wait, and their communication is terrible. Seriously top quality. Especially given their prices.

Mernickle makes concealment holsters for single actions, but I don't know how long his wait is.

I've got a Simply Rugged sourdough for my 4" k frame smith. Really like the way it smooths the guns outline for concealment. I like the value and function of Simply Rugged products. I now have 4 or 5 for various revolvers and autos.
You won't go wrong with one.

Any way you look at it, what you have is a big gun that will require some kind of garment to cover it. Depending on your body-build you might consider an IWB rig combined with pants one size larger. IWB is less bulky, and helps keeps the butt (revolver, not you) tight to the body.

If you still want to go OWB consider El Paso's Threepersons line of holsters. Years ago this design was popular with FBI agents - as well as others - that carried S&W N-frame .357 Magnums with 3 1/2 or 4 inch barrels. Be sure to order the belt loop or slots to match the width of the belt you plan to use.

I've made several Threespersons' variation holsters for your particular gun, the biggest issue with concealment is positioning the butt in a way it isn't protruding. The plain pancake is one of the best/most versatile ways of carrying any handgun and simply rugged offers a bargain of a holster, especially if your not sure what you want.

These may be the nicest leather holsters I've ever seen. I will be contacting you for an order.

CME makes excellent holsters in designs that are not especially western nor expensive. Their forward cant is also better than most. Delivery has been very prompt of late, made to order. Recently I had one in hand less than a week later, and it was not a stock item.
