Need magazine follower for mossberg 590

Want to hear something interesting? my 2009 mossberg 7 plus 1 spring was six inches longer then my 2014 8 plus 1 I wolfs in both same exact replacement

So today I was having a problem with my new wolf spring getting the last round in. So stupidly i unscrewed the magtube While it it was full of shells. My new spring went flying being compressed and kinked over it self a few times i straightened it mostly but it's still not perfect. Will it return back over time? Ruined it? just use it? Funny thing is now it fits the last she'll just barely it's pretty hard to get in but it seems ok
