When you have a sub 500 fps rifle, you can shoot any darn time you like, I say.
I had some accuracy issues, initially, as you can see in this photo:
But now I have that sorted out, I rebuilt my target holder with new and smaller holes. Here are a couple of night pics with crappy exposure, including the first 5-shot group:
The actual brightness is something between those two pics. It gives a great sight picture, especially with red illuminated crosshairs.
There are just a few LED's glued to the back of the target holder with a switch and a rechargeable battery. The light reflects off the backstop, which is a roll of toilet paper wrapped up in plastic film, with a lead ingot for a base. The whole thing sits in a cardboard box to collect the pellets. Slap on a laser printer label, and you have 4 bullseyes.
