Does anyone know about these? For some reason I have a faint memory of hearing they are out of some UK contract. Any information would be appreciated.

The Uzi grip conversion is a popular thing, allowing the use of Uzi mags in certain variants of MACs that are 9mm and used the unreliable zytel or hideously expensive Walther magazines. Plus, it feels better in the hand. Sam at Practical Solutions is one of the guys known to do the conversion

I've never seen any with a micro Uzi grip, and I'm not near my copy of the Mac-Man book, which is the end-all-be-all of reference for MACs. Maybe someone else has a copy and look.

I should add that I've never seen any of the M10 makers, including MAC or SWD, factory produce them with Uzi grips, they were all conversions.

I've seen the civilian sales full-sized Uzi pistol grip conversion, but I'm curious about this Micro Uzi grip one. I noticed they never have a grip safety, which makes sense as design-wise it seems like extra effort but they ALWAYS show up in the UK and I swear I have some faint memory of MACs being produced in the UK with these types of grips, possibly for the SAS. I just wish someone could confirm, get a company name, and model name or variant name if existent. In fact, in google images, search mac-10 UK and all you see is what I am talking about. Some examples:

I have also a faint memory of Israel putting modified and custom made Glock grip portions on MACs to fire Glock magazines as well as seeing some of these Micro-Uzi grip MAC's show up in Israeli news pictures. What interests me is there seems to be quite a variety, they all seem to have the grip safety-less Micro Uzi grip conversion, but some seem to take MAC mags and some seem to take actual Uzi mags. Some also seem to be in .45 ACP while some are in 9mm. I just really wish I could get information on this, dunno why but it's grabbing my interest heavily.

I don't know about the Israelis, but Masterpiece Arms is selling semi-auto civilian legal Mac 10s with angled grips that accept Glock mags.

I suggest heading over to the uzitalk forums, they have a MAC forum with the most knowledgeable people around on the MACs.

They'd be the best resource. Thanks for the photos, I hadn't seen that done, It's very interesting. My MAC is a .45, so I've never really looked to hard into it, as grease gun mags are cheap and plentiful.
