What is the last gun that you bought?

I bought a stainless .223 handi rifle on a whim about 2 wks ago...thought I was done for a while...but I will send payment for a Cimarron Bisley 44 Special on Monday...couldn't resist it earlier today. And, so it goes...never ending.

Picked up an old Remington 550-1 in good shape yesterday. Barrel code dates it to 1949 manufacture.

I am such a sucker for .22 rifles. The old cliché "They don't make them like they used to" really applies. Arguably a better overall gun for less money than the average new semi-auto; hard to beat that. The ability to shoot S/L/LR is an added bonus.

Glad the .22 ammo situation is getting better. That's probably why it became available in the first place.

I just bought a Walther PPX 40 cal 4 days ago and have already put 300 rounds through it....I really like it!

It was $376 out the door from CDNN with four magazines! That's a deal!

most recent

1937/38 Marlin Mod 39 "HS" prefix, with vintage Weaver B4 and N5.
Decent case color remains on receiver, hammer and lever, with an excellent bore!

This one; yesterday :)

I had no idea they were making a S&W 642 without the internal lock. As soon as I saw it, it was "make payable to..."

A CZ 550FS in 6.5x55 SE. Now working to bend the stock up slightly for better cheek weld using a scope, and developing a good load using Lapua brass and Hornady 160gr. rn bullets.
I had picked up an AG-42 Ljumgman, got intrigued by the Swede round, and, well,........

Last gun I bought is a model 29 engraved but S&W hasn't made it yet. I ordered it last year I'm hoping they will make it and ship SOON.

Colt Police Positive .32 cal. Manufacture date 1920. Original owner was a New York Policeman. Handed down to his son and I am third owner. Original fleur de lis grips. Blueing is still excellent, no scratches nor blemishes. Could not believe the condition when I first saw it. Locks up tight. Now need to locate some ammo. Hope to post some pics when I learn how. :banghead:

I traded a couple of my surplus rifles toward a Ruger 22/45 Lite in red. It is going to be a great addition to my pistol collection and my daughters will get a lot more range use out of it than they would have the old Turk Mauser!

Last week: S&W AR15 with Buckmaster Nikon 4.5x14, with Voltor furniture, tactical case, 200 rounds of ammo. On order: Colt (Walther/Umarex) 1911 .22.

Ruger 10/22. Came with weaver scope mount, bx25 magazine, fiber optic sights (Williams), and synthetic stock.

I'm having buyers remorse as it was an impulse buy.
