Thanks for the load ideas.
I'm looking for a "tweener" load for shooters moving up from a 22. I was going to look for a smaller cartridge but then asked myself - why not grab a set of dies and a spring.
How light can you load 9mm? I tried the search and noticed the post focused on using the original spring. If a guy was willing to swap springs, how light could he go? Any loads that still fill over half the case?
Low end, top end, all made in the same place. ( the green ring line of binos is another story )
Just looking at specs, the Redfield looks akin to VX-I glass in a Rifleman body with 1/4" clickers and a better price. I plan on giving one a try.

A big plus one to that.
"What Leupold models are made outside of the states?"
Unless things have changed, gold ring optics = US and green ring optics = imported from who knows where.
"They spend 20+ years...
I have no doubt that the higher ammo prices have more people looking into and starting reloading. Even at that, I still see more factory fodder burned than handloads.
Don't like opposing opinions eh? You believe the liability excuse. Your choice. I don't believe it. My choice.
I'm a curious fellow and when I run into something that makes no sense,I like to mull it over a little looking for some kind of reasoning. A big company giving the cold shoulder to...
