ak-103 has nothing to do with getting around the ban, because they don't sell them in the usa anyway. to me, it looks like a plastic stock and muzzle brake.
If its cut right it won't have any problem with the magzines, most i'd pay for a ak clone is about 320. As for ak mags, there is only single stack and double stack magazines, all double stack mags will work in double stack aks. wobble shouldn't effect anything but having a noisy ak
I think it would be pointless to have a lock breech in any gun with power less than a .380 because blowbacks are more reliable and accurate by nature of their simple designs.
