I have a 1934 Mosin Nagant 91/30. Russian markings it appears. All the serial numbers match. But plate, bolt, barrel, bayonet, trigger guard etc. Is this common?

Its worn and been used. There are decorative engravings on it. You can see part of an eagles head, part of what looks like an S and other floral designs. They don't appear to be SS or other Nazi type...
