Open carry is legal, you can CC anywhere except federal buildings or courthouses, shall issue CC, no assault weapon or magazine bans, etc etc.
The only bad thing about Oregon that I just recently learned is they don't honor any other state's concealed carry permits...
I was surprised to see some 9mm Blazer Brass on the shelf today at the local sporting goods store. It was a couple dollars per box more expensive than pre-panic buying times.

That's an OK deal. They normally go for around $650 new, so with the extra mags you're doing alright.
I like mine a lot. I have small hands but it still fits me & handles just fine.
Very soft shooting (the frame is aluminum BTW). More so than my Glock 17.
