FWIW, I tested these 45 mags in a 9 mm Stacatto to rule out the possibility of an out of spec grip module.
I did have to insert the mag with the slide back since feeding height is different.
None of the MBX mags would drop free while factory Stacatto 45 mags dropped like a load from a...
I have always heard how great MBX mags are.
I ordered 5 in 45 cal and they will not drop free. It’s very clear they are not square.
MBX would not stand behind them.
I wasted over $500.
Never another MBX for this 2011 fanboy with a mag addiction.
The cylinder can’t be opened, that’s why you don‘t easily see the crack mentioned. But with proper pics a lighting it could be possibly seen while looking at the forcing cone.
I bought this for a range gun. Heavy guns are easier on my arthritis and nerve damage. And boy is this one heavy!

The 2011 bug bit me hard with Stacatto being the gateway.
I love my Stacattos, but Atlas has my heart.

Just a drop in the bucket compared to bc1023’s collection of 2011’s including Infinity’s, but this is a start.
I have a NIB 52.
I can’t decide if I want to keep it. I don’t shoot paper anymore.
I know it’s a grail gun, that’s what has me indecisive.
Also, I never got along with SW metal autos.
