I have them in every gauge. Extras in 12 and 20 I don't think I gave over $10 for any of them. Most I paid $5 or less. . People have gone crazy on eBay for 10 gauge and 410 with many going for over $200
You better check again. I'm talking about the ones you use a mallet with . 17 Completed auctions for 410 with an average price of $183 13 Completed for 10 gauge averaged $198 only 2 28 ga with average price of $165
After someone on another forum mentioning the crazy prices lee loaders for shotguns are bringing. I dug through my shelves to see what I actually have . Now I am thinking wether to sell them or not
They just opened one fairly close to me . Seems like a decent store. Are they the same Vance that made/sold cast bullets years ago? I picked up a Savage rascal on sale to play with
For as much as I hate Taurus automatic pistols. I like their revolvers . I carried a model 94 22LR woods bummin' for many years. Shot a buddy's 38 snubby a lot . The only reason I have not picked up a Taurus 38 special is that I am trying not to add different calibers to what I have
If I still deer hunted much it would be interesting. Main reason I even noticed it is, Vance Outdoors had a lefty Savage in stock last time I was in. Actually in a modern gun with good hand loads 45-70 will kill anything in North America. I've taken deer out to 225 yards with mine
Saw someone mention the Lee Loader for shotguns on another forum. I did a quick search on eBay for completed auction. Rarer gauges are going for stupid money with some 10 ga and 410 kits going above $200 that is getting close to buying a MEC loader. I have them in everything from 410 to 10 gauge
You can call anything you want personally probably 20-25 that friends have bought . 100% of the 2 I've had have been back to the factory. My daughter and and 2 coworkers have Taurus automatics now that are only reliable with better self defense rounds and jam with target ammo
I guess there is...
See different people have different thoughts
I've traveled over most of the US got plenty of memories 95% of them bad . Driving being around people, hotels , eating in restaurants. All things that shoot my anxiety through the roof or I just plain hate (restaurants ,motel/hotel) expensive truck...
I'm about the same except I have Glock platforms.
Hunting if I I have a center fire rifle I usually carry a rimfire handgun if I am using a rimfire or shotgun I will usually have a 9mm or 10mm
That is probably true but I personally have never seen one. I have owned 3 Tauruses the 2 autos were junk even after going back to the factory . I'm the old gun nut that the young guys come to for help and to show their new toys,. I have seen probably 40% of the Taurus automatic have to go back...
There was a mass shooting locally a few years ago I have a friend who is on officer that was there. They were able to eliminate the threat because he was trying to clear a jam in a Taurus G2 I have never had or seen a Taurus that could get through 500 rounds without a failure. On the other hand...
That is quite powerful for a lower price gun. As mentioned you need 400-500 rounds through it for break in before you consider doing anything to it. Higher powered springers are a different animal to shoot compared to any thing else. Look up artillery hold on YouTube. There are stuff like tune...
To make my carry list a gun has to have 500 rounds through it without a problem. I have 2 22 LR that have passed this. But one took a trip back to the factory before that happened. But about the only time I carry a 22 is working in the yard going to mail box etc. Glocks are my carry guns. As...
First if I only had one or two air rifles I would stick with .177 and .22 . I have a few air rifles. my 25 cal. is a hatsan 95. It thumps rabbit and squirrels raiding my garden with authority. Just like combo firearms scopes that come with them are cheap. I've had better luck with one piece...
