I have to say, I have come very close to buying one a couple times. I suppose the impracticality, size & weight make the reality that I wouldn’t actually wear it has so far slightly out weighed the cool factor that makes me want one.
I live (alone) in middle of a cow pasture so if someone comes up my driveway they are either looking for me or they’re lost. I love my driveway alarm, I have plenty of time to see who’s coming before they get close. The UPS driver asked me once how I knew he was coming before he got there...
@LiveLife
I have been checking in on this thread every few weeks for several months now and it’s finally gotten to the point I’m starting to restock. I just wanted to say Thank You for this, if the prices hold, or perhaps even go down more, I’ll continue to stock up until I am very well...
Attaching it to the gun would be be the biggest issue. Someone should make an air tag adapter for a pic rail, probably easy peasy for anyone with a 3d printer.
Yep, as best as I can tell that’s all this is. A rebranded air tag for a gun with an app.
I never said people were consistent, or even reasonable. They are suspicious and have real trust issues.
Anyone who thinks most, even many, gun owners/carriers will give third party access to the location of their guns doesn’t understand the customer base very well.
Just read a few threads, many people want even tell their own families they carry. They are certainly not going to trust some...
“In case I need it” is the standard answer, now if this were a family member or future family member it would be much different.
In our family we joke and pick, newbs get just as much ribbing as anyone else, probably more. If everyone is being nice to you, they don’t like you.
Apparently this game is so common around here I’ve never heard of it, ever. I had to Google it lol. To be honest out here rural AL it sounds like a good way to get shot, it’s been said “an armed society is a polite society.”
For better or worse my radar goes up anytime I’m around males between...
You might consider leasing the hunting rights on a peice of land someone else owns, then you could shoot, and hunt. It’s common around here (Ala), don’t know about PA.
I’ve always shot out of my front door, well not always…. Sometimes I would hit a cow, so technically where I shoot depends on...
Years ago the wife got a purple(ish) LCP, then she saw one with an “engraved” slide. Eventually we bought the one with the engraved slide and put it on the purple frame.
I had 500+ bucks tied up a freaking LCP. You got off cheap my friend. If she’s happy you should be to.
My brother bought a NAA mini that had a bulged barrel, the guy he bought it from said it was bad about getting plugged with pocket lint and was pretty sure that’s what caused the bulged barrel.
I’ve always wondered if that was the whole story.
I was assuming we were talking about the front pocket, they’re normally huge on cargo pants.
I could have been mistaken, I’d never carry on in the knee pocket, well, maybe while driving/sitting. Seems like it’d be painful when you walk with a half pound of steel smacking you in the knee with...
Man the guilt to live with would be terrible, I feel for her.
I also remember reading of a lady that had gun on a necklace and somehow a toddler grabbed it while in the seat on a shopping cart and shot her in the head killing her.
I know someone who’s kid (teenager) got in a car and felt...
Another option is acquire a bigger gun.
You know…. Just in case you have something you've wanted to try but needed a justification. I mean why buy a new holster when a new gun would do. Lol
I have the same problem with the LCP in big pockets and have never found a good solution. The PM45 fits...
