    .38 super question

You can barely get away with using 9mm dies for .380 as it is, but .380 is straightwall. For the longest time I too thought 9mm was straight but after reloading and looking at the dimensions, it's tapered. That's part of why it's so reliable and thus so favored.

Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter vs Redhawk?

I'd like the Bisley Hunter myself, not because of grip angle but because of looks. But yea, I haven't experienced the hunter series but I'd like to.

Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter vs Redhawk?

For me the Blackhawk is the most comfortable .44 Mag I've fired so far. You have to let it roll in your hand. I haven't experienced the newer ones though so maybe the changed the grips.

    Need help Tokarev-33 owners!

There isn't alot of different pistols chambered for the 7.62 Tokarev cartridge, which is quite formidable even compared to most caliber choices today. In China gangs will frequently choose this pistol because it can penetrate body armor. My guess would be to replace the magazine follower (the...

    Tisas M1911A1 ASF versus WW2 Remington-Rand

Which are in awful condition, must worse than most milsurp all things considering. Probably because these were used 40+ years. Cheap generic clones that actually copy the original markings is a big deal. Again this is assuming they stop making them, then they may very well become collectible...

    Tisas M1911A1 ASF versus WW2 Remington-Rand

When I was 13 I said that older 90s computers will becomes collectible and sought in the future. 10 years later and retro PC builds are a big thing. My brother told me that I was right. If Tisas doesn't do a long production run of these, or if they start omitting the markings, they can start...

    Who dislikes/hates the Beretta 92FS/M9?

I unfortunately quite like it. It seems soldiers who were issued the early ones ran into dozens of problems with them and thus are permanently turned off of it. To be honest after these complains I've tried to find fault with the Beretta 92 pattern but I can't. When I was a kid, a big 1911...

    Handloading .44-40

Takes me back to my roots.. the good old 1873. Never owned one though but owned a revolver in 44-40. Some artwork from those days. Good combo though. I personally want to stick with IMR 4227 because of it's versatility in both rifle and handgun cartridges.

Divine intervention in Sin City: New S&W .44mag

Grandpa on my moms side hated gambling. Said "money is more useful sitting in my pocket than squandered on some game table."\ My grandpa on dads side however had a habit of it. Not sure if it was a addiction but he liked gambling now and then. But for me, let the gamblers gamble. We know what...

jacketed rounds in a Ruger old army

Only use black powder only, because even though the steel is proofed to handle it, it's still a vintage system that was designed only with black powder pressures in mind. Don't want a gas leak coming from behind the nipple. That said, the Ruger Old Army is the most robust percussion revolver ever.

    Lee's Factory Crimp Die?

Many will buy the FCD even if they prefer other die sets. Most likely it'll fit your problem if it is coming from the front of the rounds.
