GDisarray, if all else fails at home, give us a call. We can fix it for you, and test fire it as well. Let them know I sent you and they'll cut you a deal as well.
Kev
if you think that pitting is bad you aint seen nothing. if you must send it to get bead blasted and parked. me? i like wear. i would just clean it up real good and then oil it up and let it run as is.
Well, then you can rest easy. We are both the builder AND the manufacturer of the receiver. So... in short, the buck stops here.
As for the barrels - IMBEL rifles were carried a lot but shot little. We use the original FAL barrel. this is good for many reasons, not the least of which is that...
Hello, Gentlemen. I'm Kevin@entreprise(dot)com .
The IMBEL FALs at Atlantic are indeed Entreprise reciever-built FAL rifles. Were the receiver IMBEL, another US made part would have to be used. In its current configuration, the FAL is 922R compliant.
In Fall of 2006, we had several...
from what I have seen, the taser is more effective as a man-stopper than most handguns are. this doesn't mean that a taser is better than a handgun, it's just that with a handgun a guy can take a hit or two and keep coming... with a taser he goes down right away.
You can use a whole lot of things to open a bottle of coke. Hell, I know guys who use their teeth (i do NOT recommend this).
I have both new, modern, old, and really old. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. The old stuff has drawbacks, too. overcomplicated assembly, too many little...
It is interesting to note that the GSG-5 is made by the same manufacturer that produced the SIG Mosquito. I hope that these issues can all be resolved soon.
I've never drawn or fired, but many times I've been glad for the weight of a gun in my hand or on my belt. I like to think that my voice is my primary defense - I've talked my way out of a lot of fights and bad situations.
As for the idea that if you draw you have to shoot... that's absurd...
I bought a Winchester 1000X Air Rifle. The pellets go out at 1000+ FPS and can be fired safely within one's backyard (at an appropriate backstop, such as a telephone book against a hill of dirt)
If I were really cheap I'd fashion a collector and melt the deformed fired pellets down to cast...
There is one important exception, but it does not apply to the OP. In LA City the law is one handgun every 30 days, period. PPT exemption does not apply there.
I'm pretty sure MM is joking... right? right?
Because if you come to my house to try to take my kids just cause they're playing with toy guns... you and I are going to have some fighting words, sir.
This is why our guns have the firing pins removed at gun shows. You cannot trust the public to not produce a moron who will sneak in a live round "just to see".
It is a PAIN to figure out how to get guns to function somewhat normally with FPs removed. But it is worth it.
Here's my question.
Why even a raid? Why not just nab him when he goes to work/school/friend's house? Hell, call him and tell him he won a prize at the local gas station, and nab him as he leaves the house to get to his car.
In my opinion, raids are only necessary during...
I haven't seen anything to cause hate other than him calling cops pigs... which any good cop is pretty much immune to.
The question wilken's son shoudl be thinking is this:
1. why was my dad coming out of his car with a gun?
2. what does it mean to "jump on his packerd"?
3. who is this...
Going up to one's cousin and asking if something's purdy has led to a lot of awkward moments in my family
:neener:
