I would not call a cheap plinker accurate, by general target shooting I mean competition and non-competition for fun but small group shots at 50 yards, new firearm under $2,000.
I'm not trying to start an argument, know the answer to my question is a judgment call, and appreciate your candor, but surely some revolvers are more accurate than others.
Is the recently available stainless, folding stock Ruger Mini-14 (Model 5859) more accurate than the original version of that firearm which was manufactured decades ago? I assume they are but don't know since today's Mini-14s are more accurate than the earlier and original ones. My point is I...
Which CZ 457 factory magazines are better in regard to reliably and feeding, the steel or polymer? I've heard the steel mags sometimes have feeding issues.
Any observations on the accuracy of Springfield 2020 rimfires? Does it meet its guarantee of one-inch accuracy for three shots at 50 yards with match ammo? How accurate would you call that?

Your experience with the King Cobra is painful to read. Makes me wonder why Colt released a firearm with those issues. Expect better performance from Colt.
What's the skinny on Colt doing another production run to fix earlier problems with the .22-cal. King Cobra? Did Colt admit issues with earlier version of the firearm?
From what I gather, it seems some critics allege plastic/polymer magazines deteriorate over time and the spine on P-mags may crack over time when loaded with no impact/dust cover. No definition of time duration provided. I know of no documentation.
Armoredman, may question is based on what some critics have alleged and they did not define "over time." But to not beg your question, I would say two to three decades or more. I'm simply trying to determine if their negative comments on P-mags is accurate or valid in some instances...
It there validity to claims that AR-15 Magpul magazines develop issues over time and time is their biggest enemy.? Put another way, do these magazines tend to have function issues in the long term? Any observations?
tallpaul, I was told the air gun was Olympic-style (not Olympic) when I bought it and did not know that much about it. I do not know that much about air guns, but I agree the Gamo Compact is not an Olympic pistol
