I need to replace a broken extractor screw and was wondering, since I was placing an order to Gun-Parts, what other spare parts I should order to keep on hand "just in case". It's a 1962 vintage. Thank you for any assistance, Bill
I have a Stevens 311 20 ga 1962 vintage and part number 39 on attached schematic (I don't know name of part) falls out of the receiver when I remove the hand guard and barrels. It does not fall out when the shotgun is pointed straight up when I remove the handguard. I replace part 39 and push...
I am seeking information whether this Remington 20 gauge Model 11 mfg 1934 per call to Remington (SN 1,036,7XX) was a military firearm. It has a 26-inch barrel including a Poly Choke. CYL bore. No US or Flaming bomb stamps. Has 2 rows of 3 screw holes on left side of receiver.
Thank you...

Corrected barrel i.d. And another stamp
Thanks for the input Mr. Watson and Kurt.
A .41 Magnum bullet is just a tad loose in the muzzle [Bullet diameter: 410 in (10.4 mm)] and the .41 Magnum case [ .434 in (11.0 mm)] is a bit large to fit into the muzzle.
Does this pill-shaped stamp...
I posted a note on this revolver several years ago and I am still seeking some information if anyone can help. This revolver was brought home by my dad when he returned from WWII. Here are photos of the revolver and stamped emblems/proofs. The inside diameter of the barrel is a bit less than...
Update
I tried to insert the questionable 22 conversion in a Tactical Solutions dedicated 22 upper. It was about 1/2 inch too long. See comparison with TacSol BCG photo below.
I believe that what I have is a 22 conversion drop-in for .223/5.56 upper missing the conversion chamber on the...
One more question
The kits I see on the Internet all seem to have a 5.56 case or something attached in front of the firing pin end of the conversion. Mine does not. Am I missing something?
