Weight on the hips seems to be a large part of my back problems. I haven’t gone to a shoulder rig yet but I have gone to a lighter gun. And pants with some stretch. If I sit down and everything pulls tight, my back gets cranky quicker.
I’ve chronoed several loads in 9mm and 40S&W. Most were above listed velocity and the ones that were under, were very close. Their overall quality has been great.
I’ve slowed down on buying guns because the price of ammo, primers and powder. Which is exactly what the antis want. If you can’t afford to feed them you’ll buy less. I’d love a new 10mm and a 327 magnum but I’ll have to wait a bit.

Cargo pockets are just too low for me. And the Velcro flap slows things down. As said above, I want my hand on the gun if I pocket carry. If you really want to carry that way, see what you think of Crossbreed and if they can customize the backing...
I would definitely not train with a glove. I would debur, sand, polish, totally reshape the holster top area that your hand contacts on the draw. I’ve been “fixing” holsters for a while. Lots of good quality holsters will have a sharp edge left somewhere that I find during a quick draw. I...
