A Makarov will serve you well. Is it the "best"? No, but no gun is ever the "best". The Mak uses a less powerful cartridge and is heavy but the advantages of a Mak are a time proven design, reliable, accuracy, inexpensive ammo and just the "coolness" of it.:D
I'm getting a hankering for another "commie" pistol. I have been researching the Tokarev but another one I am strongly considering is the CZ-82/83 in 9X18. Especially since I already have a Mak and being able to share ammo between them would be nice. I like the price of the surplus 82's but I am...
I had a Taurus 455 and the "Stellar clips" were a bit flimsy. Other than that it was an excellent gun. I gave it to my Dad and he refuses to give it back. :D :fire: :D

I plan on getting a PC9 in the future. One of the accessories I plan to buy is the magazine holder that attaches to the butt like the M1 Carbine. I can't find one though. I've looked around but have failed. Granted I'm not real internet savvy but maybe someone could hook me up with a link where...
Why can't people just answer the damn question? Sheesh, he asked a simple question but everyone felt it their "duty" to inform him of the "error" of his ways. Do you know how annoying that is?
Sorry, done ranting. I'd go with Magtech.
I can relate to this question. My wife is bugging me to buy her a new stove, a new laptop and a new TV( :D ). I told her we'd buy those things after I bought one more gun. Actually the stove comes the same time as the gun. My next gun is PROBABLY going to be a Smith 638 or 642.
