Gun Law News is looking for first person stories related to the impacts of the Lautenberg Amendment. Ending Lautenberg will be a long, bitter fight and we will need alot of ammo. If your rights have been impacted by Lautenberg, please go over and consider leaving your story in the Forum.
According to this Houston Chronicle story, the NRA has the names of 30-40 victims of illegal disarmament.
Let's hope this story gets some legs and the guilty get their just rewards.

We have finally completed an analysis of each of the amendments proposed to SB397. There are 37 :eek: of them. Kennedy :barf: got the record for proposing the most (9). Forunately none of those found the Senate floor.

We're taking a survey. Since the NRA 2007 convention won't be in Ohio, the governor of Louisiana invited the 2007 convention to her state. Was this a daring invitation? Should the convention move to Louisiana? Vote and leave your comments in our poll.
This morning the Judiciary Committee held a markup session and finally voted to send the bill to the full House. There have been a number of attempts to hobble the bill with amendments. Only one amendment passed. It was of a grammatical nature.
