I've heard mixed reviews about these...thought about getting one for the wife but decided to look around a bit more until I'm comfortable I'm not buying junk
So I'm attempting to bore a hole in my slab to anchor a safe....I've made it about .5" and notice this...stuff. What is this? I suppose it could be rebar? Why is it so close to the top of the slab?
Should I abort and try another anchor point?
ETA: My finger looks very strange in this...
I started with Glocks and shot them really, really well. Then I got a 1911 and started shooting that more...and my Glock accuracy went down the hole.
I think the better sights on the 1911 spoiled me and I just can't shoot Glocks very well anymore. I've thought about upgrading the sights but...
Are you wanting a scope or red dot?
If a scope, how much magnification do you want? How large of a footprint?
If you're only going to 100 yards, think Nikon, Leupold, Vortex
If you want a red dot, Aimpoint or EOTech
It's a pretty broad question honestly.
This is correct. Centurion also makes a 'C4' rail that's a 2-piece free float rail. I'm waiting to find the right price on a used one for my current build.
Stinks. Been there, done that. People with "high interest, ready to pay" suddenly disappear. At least write me back and say you aren't interested anymore...but ignoring me is rude if you ask me. This is coming from users with well over 1k posts, people I would consider active and browse on a...
If you buy a FSP and want it removed to give yourself a longer rail..you may want to look into 'chopping' or 'shaving' it. This removes the top triangle "sight" component and leaves you with a factory-pinned, low profile gas block. A lot of folks actually recommend this over a an actual...
I've had much better luck selling on other sites. Not sure why. Had a times I offered FTF only transactions but people would post in my thread "I'll take it if you ship". When a FTF didn't happen and I offered to ship to them, they were nowhere to be seen...wouldn't even return my PMs.
I started as a Glock guy but have been moving towards 1911....which stinks because they're more expense and I feel like I 'need' more because they all don't look the same!
I would call those good groups. Putting rounds in the same general area, where you meant to put them, is good enough for me. Some days I shoot better, some days I shoot worse.
I recently told them to take away my 'dealer' pricing because I was losing out on free shipping and other promotions. I don't order enough to make dealer pricing worthwhile.
I would choose an AR over a shotgun is because of capacity. But hso brings up a good point.
If you can afford it...why not get an AR or a shotgun (or both?) If anything, it'll get you to the range more and get you more proficient in another weapon system. If something were to happen, you'd be...
Not true.... It's easy to find one used to lnib for that. Almost bought one nib for 1k last week because the guy needed to get rid of it but I wanted a mid length instead. Look around and you'll be surprised at what you can find
