Just Set Up #-3 550-B... The 1st was a plain 550 , then later came the upgrade to [ B ] the later 2 were the 550-B. Have 2 -in small Pri & one in Large Pri mode.. As I only have place for 2 on the load bench , I have gone to Pat Marlins "Rock Dock" bench mounting Sys, Thyt are really soild...

44 Rem Mag Trim Length... I have a sheet that I printed off in 2000, from some place & it has 1.285 -1.280 numbers on it . However there is an by the numbers & I have no idea what that did refer to ,didn't get that info when it printed. My 2¢. Russ.

I have a bucket full of 1x fired LC 01 cases. Not looking forward to all the work involved to get them ready 2-Reload . Does anyone know of a place that will fully process 223 brass & return to sender ??? Fellow that went by [Greygoose] did back in 09 & 10, however can't seem to locate Him now...

I disassembled some old 222 reloads one time,and as I dumped the powder, out came a burnt folded paper match. That still remains a Total Mystery to Me. Don't think that went thru a powder measure. Can only wonder if some one was trying to play a Joke on the reloader or a kid was goofing around...

Just wondering if anyone had an answer for the Crimping on the NT case. Sure is a Pain to reload those , getting rid of the crimp with a Dillon swager works, but some of the flash holes on the inside of the case have a long/large Burr that I have to deburr before I can even get them on the...

I have the Lee Classic turret also & really like it. The only draw back to the adjustable bar is the limit on the Capacity . I don't have the Lee catalog close by , but there is a top end on the amount of powder that it will drop as I recall. [Volume wise that is.] I ordered the double stack...

Benchmark, is what I have switched to from Varget. It is a bit faster but meters better I think. I use both in the Dillon powder measures on a couple of 550's. My 2¢ Russ.

Pact & Fluorescent Lights. I have 2 pact scales & the dispenser, the only thing that I have noticed is that the scales some times will turn on. When using the comb for dumping powder I have 'Never" had any problems with that operation. I leave both the scales plugged in all the time & turned...

IMHO if you are relying on the flutes for cooling , your in for a long wait, and the brl is probably way to hot already. My 2¢ Russ.

Call Dillon,they gave Me an adjustment sequence that was not in the Original manual. It tunes up the feed mechanism to where I now have "0" primer feeding on both the 550's I have.

If your not reloading then U-R-SOL. If you shoot the Full up factory stuff. Spl is hard to find these days it seems. I reload & have a pair of 44's. I also cast some. I like the Kieth 429421, 245 gr Semi-wadcutter. Load 14 grs in spl case & 16 grs in Mag case of 2400. Can plink with that load...

Never had a problem with my Pact near florescent lights. I did the Speed up Grade on the Pact last yr & that was a good $50 spent. In fact I still think they sent Me a new measure , is quick & more accurate then the early model. Some times the scale will turn on, I leave the scale plugged in...

Have two Simmons & they have been OK so far. But they are on lighter recoiling rifles 223 & 20 Tac. I with jcwit on the BSA scope [Been Screwed Again]... My 2¢. Russ.
