    Bond Arms Stinger: Thoughts?

I purchased one on an impulse buy. Believe me I’m not recoil sensitive. I shot just about every caliber and this little gun was ridiculous and 9 mm. I guess I shot about 10 shots put it down and moved on to something else. It’s a well-made gun no doubt like all bond arms are but I dumped it as...

    Bond Arms Stinger: Thoughts?

Bought one in 9mm shot it once 15 rounds sold it and took a big $$ loss. The recoil was ridiculous. I don’t consider myself recoil sensitive. I have many handguns of many large calibers that thing is just painful. Still it was well made.

Revolvers Suck or My Bad Luck

No it’s not your bad luck. Quality control is non existent with most gun manufacturers today. Make as many as you can and push them out the door as fast as you can. They are all made by people who work piece work. They are called assemblers not gunsmiths. Some companies don’t even test fire them...

Thoughts on 32 H&R Magnum as SD load..

My Ruger LCR 327 Federal magnum is a six shot and a great little gun and at 20oz fully loaded you can't beat that for a six shot Magnum stubby. Mike

    Going rate for Colt Python

A Beautiful gun to look at and keep in the safe just to bring out now and then to drool over but over rated for any kind of hard use. I speak from experience I had one. But like I said they sure are pretty. A true collectors idem.

    Shortcut for cleaning cylinders?

I've always wondered how hard that is to push through. Six times the force required compared to just one brush, right? I use one on my RUGER LCR and your right it is harder to push thru but it does make short work of cleaning it. I would not recommend using it on a Smith Wesson Airweight J...

Extremely disappointed with my new LCP

I had one and had all kinds of problems with it. I played the shipping it back and forth game a couple times then dumped it. Bought a Glock 42 and love it. Yea it's a little bigger but it works! Good luck.

The Silliness of Field Stripping Some Autos

I Owen both semi autos and revolvers and if you ask me revolvers are a pain to clean. Cleaning each chamber then the barrel running the brush then the patches thru each one until they come out clean but that's just me. I can clean my Glock in 10 mins with two patches and a q-tip. I can take it...

    Glock and ammo

I use Winchester white box in my full auto UZI and it runs great . The UZI requires hotter ammo because the bolt is so heavy moving it back-and-forth with Remington and federal it runs so much slower. I like it.

    likelihood of defects in a brand-new S&W?

The odds of getting a S+W revolver that's 98% right out of the box is about 65%..... 100% never happen. Even there performance Center guns is about 90% Believe me I speak from experience I sent three back within the last year. Their quality control or should I say lack of sucks!

S&W model 60 vs. Ruger LCR

S&W model 60 vs. Ruger LCR

I've been been a big fan of the Smith + Wesson J frames for years and owened several. In the last 10 years The quality has went downhill fast. Split forcing cones crooked barrels hammer studs breaking paint finishings peeling off guns coming right out of the factory With the timing off. I speak...
