Just wanted to report that I was able to go shooting today and simply cleaning the factory grease out and lubing the gun with CLP pretty much solved all of my problems. Out of 50 rounds I only had 2 FTEs compared to an almost 50% rate the first time I shot it.

Olympus, I had almost the exact same problems with my gun the first time I shot it, though I only put about 75 rounds through it. I didn't have any light primer strikes but the slide did fail to lock back a couple of times. I was using UMC ammo and I didn't clean the factory grease out of it...
