Whether you realize it or not you are minimizing variables. As a reloader you know that you may have 3 rifles of the same caliber but not all 3 will shoot the same load the same. I have 5 gallon buckets of range brass and whenever I have time I like to sit down on the patio with a cold one and...
My EDC is a 686 .357. I use a 158 gr bullet. I am a firm believer of heavier bullets. Eventually I will have to reconsider my philosophy on this matter as arthritis plays havoc in my shooting hand during practice. In the meantime I adjust my loads to less powder but keep the heavier 158 gr...
I like it when I walk in and get greeted right away followed by a "let me know if we can help in anyway" and then I go about window shopping without too many interruptions.
I have the Dillon swager an a Lyman prep center. I use both depending on my mood. I like to do loads in stages especially with range ammo. If I have a lot of range ammo with military crimps once I clean them I separate them to a 5 gal bucket. If it is a nice day I like to go to my patio and...
I don't under stand why I have never own a buck knife fixed blade. I love the design. I don't know how many deer and elk I have dress with a 110 but is is a lot as I have lost count. Beautiful knife by the way.
That is a beautiful rifle. I imposed a no buy any more 10/22 rule for myself, just darn to expensive after I'm done modifying them. They are addictive.
I've always shot my edc at 100 yards. I did found out that in the beginning I was overcompensating by aiming above the target. Thinking that I was compensating for trajectory on a slow moving .45 amp round out of my 1911. Come to find out one day when we had placed a target in front of a...
I've never used 75gr RMR bullets and am not familiar with them. I do use only Hornady Superformance 75gr bullets use RL15 . In my AR they shoot 5 shot groups sub-moa at 200 yards.
Hard to tell since I can't see the markings well enough when I magnify the image because it becomes blurred, base on color alone I would guess a refinish coat.
It would be a lot easier to try to understand a woman than to answer your question. I've lost count as to how many times I've reloaded brass and other times one or two times on brand new factory rounds.....who knows.
I always thought that my pre-lock 686 was expensive when I bought it. Chose it over the Colt python because the trigger was / is buttery smooth. Through the years I saw the value of the Colt python sky rocket and my 686 remained about the same. I wish I remember how much I paid for it back in...
