I’ve been through quite a few of the recommendations and finally settled on the G42. Bigger than the LCP but worth the trade off and run I run a lot of +P 380 no issues.
Growing up my father always had a picture of a revolver pointing at you at our front door.
Ya, its not a good idea to advertise but no need for alot of you to sit here and cry about it and tell others to grow up. Just explain why its not good.
No need to get your pants in a bunch.
Here she is one of my favorites and low recoil to boot.
Keltec P32
My favorite carry until i passed it to my wife when she got her carry license, guess im gonna have to buy another one. :neener:
Carb cleaner is alot nastier than brake klean.
Whenever i paint any gun parts and i dont like the way it came out i just reach for the carb clean and it brings it back to metal in no time.
Actually just did it today with an 870 barrel.
I ended up putting all kinds of junk on my 870 for like 1 month. Side saddle +6 and +2 extension. Ended up taking all that junk off. The thing turned into a tank and just took the fun out of shotgunning.
Its all back to original except a little mount for a light and sling.
It took me...
Out of the three mentioned, id have to pick the Glock.
Ya its thicker but at least you wont have to worry about the glock going boom anytime you pull the trigger.
I have the P01
I would have bought the PCR if they had one at the time.
I really dont need that silly light rail, it just adds to the size.
Still i am very happy with the P01 after some spring swaps.
This my P01 with the slide polished and magazine floor plate swapped out.
The poly coatings on this fine pistol is garbage in my honest opinion but this pistol is excellent.
This is my favorite pistol in my collection.
$300 delivered isnt too bad. My local gunstore always has them for like $259.99 and the LCP withe Ruger laser for $299.99. Theyre always on sale for some reason. Hoffmanguns, Newington CT
Me thinks P229 Fobus might work.
Also CZ Forums is an excellent forum and they have a list under the P01 Club of all the holsters that will work with the P01.
Currently i carry my P01 in a leather desantis OTW made for the Sig P229.
I have no angle problems with any pistol out there. They're all different in some form, I just adjust like I do at work with different vehicles.
This whole angle thing is just silly. :)
I just recently went back to Glock. Had a G19 and traded it for a G27 and love the size and caliber conversion options. This thing is a snappy bugger but controllable. I am also planning on getting the 9mm conversion barrel.
Having a universal CCW Glock is just awesome. One day 40, the next...
For the range and quick clean the cables are good. For a serious cleaning and scrubbing the rods work the best. Honestly I just scrub back and forth and have never had any kind of issues. I just use the right size brush.
I purchased a stainless steel guide rod for my P01 and have shot about 200 rounds through it with no signs of wear on the alloy frame.
After 50 rounds I checked it and continued.
No problems as of 200 rounds.
Sorry to hear about the problems you are having.
I purchased a new P380 and it was a toilet from the getgo.
Traded it in on a big loss.
For the prices they ask for the firearms (Kahr) I thought I would get a good pocket carry but I think the only thing I paid for was looks and...
