Another used Data Bank to convert into RSC (thread link)

I've been reading forever trying to get a new safe for myself (Concrete foundation in new home that is stressed so I'm afraid to screw anything into the concrete) and for my dad (older manufactured home, just going to bolt it down on concrete garage floor). I wanted to buy my dad a new AMSEC...

Your slowest 45 colt with jacketed bullet powder?

I have a 25-5 I am Loading rounds for with 250 nosler jhp's. What's the powder you guys use for the lowest recoil with jacketed bullets? I'm trying some trailboss and some bullseye or h110 and looking to try one more powder that will be as soft shooting as possible with these bullets since...

Trail Boss Guideline for lead and jacketed bullets

http://www.imrpowder.com/PDF/Trail-Boss-data.pdf I'm using these guidelines to hopefully make some jacketed light loads in my handgun calibers, starting with a few test loads for my 45 colt with Nosler 250JHP's.

45 Colt with Bullseye (Load Check)

I have bullseye and h110 right now. I just want to try some light and heavier loads out of my 25-5 Smith. I found one bullseye load chart in a speer manual for 8.5grs under a 260 grain JHP. I'm shooting a nosler 250 JHP so something around 8.5 or a couple tenths lower should be ok right?

RCBS 44spl/mag question before I get started.

I'm about to seat the bullets on my first few rounds in .308 but next up is a hundred rounds of 44 magnum for my 29-2. The set comes with a spacer for use with magnum cases.... The instuctions say it is not neccessary for the sizer die, but I don't why it is neccessary for the expander and...

    Quick rcbs prep center question

If I get the pocket uniformers, do I still need to use the primer pocket cleaners? It seems like the uniformer would basically be doing both jobs.

Anybody got some advice for reloading in the BAY AREA or Valley in california?

I bought a hundred 9mm winchester bullets for about 14 or 15 with tax and about the same or more for 100 winchester cases. I still haven't bought powder or primers becuase I can't find any locally but places like Bud's Gun Shop are selling winchester white box and remington (handgun/.308) for...

kimber 8400 advanced tactical with ACOG setup

I was looking for a completely different setup but ran into a 8400 advanced tactical rifle at my local shop and am jumping on it for about 2300 (trying to get it out the door for that price). I want to get something to use it for medium range practice but most ranges here are 100 to 200...

    bolt-action with an aimpoint?

I saw an older guy with a Remington LTR that had an aimpoint on top instead of a traditional scope. In getting my dad a rifle, I was going to get him a bolt action with a scope to help his eyes, but most ranges here are only about 100 to 300 yards and if we go hunting again, it will probably...

My reloading plan and purschases so far for your consideration...

I finally went into the local store and picked up an rcbs turret kit which came with some things I needed and most I didn't. A) I got the kit, the .45 acp carbide die kit, the hand held primer tool, the tumbler with walnut fill, the electronic dispenser and scale combo (pricey but hopefully...

This will be the first bolt-action in my family, I didn't consider them but my dad mentioned wanting one eventually, and well, he never asks for anything so I'd like to surprise him with a nice kimber, browning, remington etc. The thing is choosing a caliber. If its going to be one rifle...
