Well, that's where a reloading buddy or two comes in handy. A friend and I both shoot a lot of WST, so 2 8lb jugs (one for him, one for me) through PV worked out to significantly less per pound than I could find locally. One order, one hazmat.

Qty 15K Federal 150 LPP, with shipping and hazmat included, worked out to $29/K. This was through Powder Valley; ordered on January 4th, received January 24th.

That's $17 per 50 rounds, making it more expensive than similar 180gr .40S&W at Walmart (for example, Federal Champion 180gr JFP). You also don't have to pay HAZMAT along with shipping at Walmart. I reload though, and my 180gr .40S&W are roughly $50 per 500 now ;)
