    CVA Firebolt

Seems it always rains right at muzzle loading season here. I was just looking to make it a little more dependable. Also as of right now I'm still using pyrodex.

Thank You, The breech plug is the easy part. What I don't know is what parts if any are needed for the bolt. Like you, I found that link only to see that it's all out of stock. I appreciate your effort and your help.

    CVA Firebolt

Hey Guys, Been some time since I was on here, but I could use some assistance. Several years ago, my Brother In Law was killed in a motorcycle accident. His wife gifted me his CVA Firebolt in 50 cal which was setup for #11 caps. I was told the rifle could also be set up for 209 primers, but she...

    AR Buffer Tube Question

The tube is plenty long enough as are the threads. But if I go in far enough to cover the edge of the pin, it puts the adjustable stock upside down. By going half a turn more either way, I'm either too short or too long. By putting a small slot in the end of the tube where it rides on the pin...

    AR Buffer Tube Question

First off, I'm fairly new to ARs. My daughter wanted an AR for Christmas, so I purchased one of the New Frontier polymer lowers. She decided she wanted pink furniture so I figured that as long as it kept her interested, I'd get the pink. :barf: The stock I got required a mil spec buffer tube...

    Hasenpfeffer

My Dad always insisted that I never shoot a sitting rabbit only one that would run. A sitting rabbit could mean that the animal was sick. Either way, I love it when they run. :)

    Mauser K98 Magazine Question

Thanks Guys, Jimmy, I hate to see him spend 35 bucks just to find out it won't work, but that may well be his only choice. When you load the mag do you load in any certain way, as in seated against the rear or the front or do they feed any way you load them in there?

    Unusual deer

I guess what really got my attention was the woven wire fence. The barb wire, I can see. But that woven wire is not 6 inches off the ground! I've got an australian sheperd that would have a hard time of goin under that fence. But she was under it in the blink of an eye.
