S&W 27-1 High grade shooter value?

Wondering what you S&W experts would value this 6" 27-1 4 screw at? I know the grips are not original and it has significant muzzle wear and what appears to be a blood stain on the left hand side under the cylinder window. Gun has only been lightly cleaned it was filth when I got it needs a...

    Ruger Speed six 9mm Value

Got a opportunity to purchase a SS speed six in 9mm snub. Seller was at $1000 I told him more than I want to spend and offered him $600 he countered back at $800 I could probably get it for $750.00. I have always wanted one to some degree. I would have to buy 9mm dies and lead to load...

    Rossi 518 opinions

Never owned a Rossi not sure I want to but would like opinions from those that own or former owners of this older model Rossi. Looks like a copy of a S&W has a 4" barrel 6 shot RR front sight. Are these very accurate? I know probably depends on the gun. I got a 5 screw pre 18 so I don't...

Finally got one 629 no dash

Finally found a nice P&R 629 locally for a very good price unfortunately it didn't come with factory grips. I like the look of the VZ Micarta grips but they don't make them for a square butt. Maybe just buy a set of factory targets any other idea's?

    Thought I was done!!

Thought I was pretty well set on my S&W revolvers, Then along comes a 66-1 2 1/2" snub I have a real soft spot for P&R snubs. FTF sale and at $500.00 I can't complain not a steal but a fair price for a sweet gun. I just can't seem to kick the habit!!! Is there a cure for this disease?

    Anybody familiar with a H&R Trapper .22

There is one for sale octagonal long barrel .22 barrel is missing the front sight which seems like a fairly easy fix. Blueing from the pics looks good, appears to have original grips we have established a price of $200.00 Don't know anything about H&R revolvers so a little out of my comfort...

    Should this Smith be recrowned?

I think it should but maybe I am overly critical of my guns. S&W 627 pro so not a cheap gun. Shoots okay not great but I accept part of the blame for that. So send it back or just keep shooting it?

Got a choice between a unfired 66-2 6" for $450.00 or a 66-1 4" I think I can get it for $500. I am leaning towards the 4" it should be P&R I don't know the condition of the 4" and am a little skeptical the 6" is unfired neither have boxes, docs or tools. opinions please!!

Got this in about a week ago pics are a little dark. It is a 1948 5 screw K-22 in excellent condition has a matte finish which was standard for the early postwar guns. All the parts # including the grips so I don't think it has been refinished as the grips are in excellent condition. There are...
