Hi All
So I carried a standard LCP for years. Not an easy gun to shoot well but supper easy to just drop in the pocket. Recently I went to the LCP Max. Sights are better, trigger is better and its way easier to shoot. Question I have is dose the LCP II have the same upgrades as the Max but...
I haven't used any of those powders. But Win 748 and or AA2230 have done well for me with 55grn and 62grn FMJ. I did try some 3031 years ago but didn't like the way the stick powder metered through the RCBS powder dropper.

I was at the local Academy Sports the other day and their primer section was full! Large rifle, Small rifle, Large pistol and Small pistol all in stock. Not a good price $8.90ish a flat. But nice to see them in stock for a change.

The MOS Glock 19 is well worth the extra hundred if you think you want a red dot sight. In fact I think I would look at any of the Glock MOS's if I were looking for another Glock. I would save a bit longer and get a decent sight though. I think PSA runs a sale on the Vortex Venom every now...
Your numbers are a bit off kilter. But I like to have five per pistol min and ten per rifle min. Then I can start adding on the extras, and where that stops is anyone's guess.

So I know that its not what you asked for but. As others have said, take a look at the Sig P365. Size wise its not much bigger then your LCP II. But it is striker fired and double stack. Other then that it shoots well for its size. Comes with night sights (or at least did when I bought...
Sounds like you hit the Jack Pot. I have never found anything gun wise at a Garage sale. Everyone near me seems to think their old T shirts are made of spun gold.

Personal preference here.
I would take the 686 everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.
Never had much luck with Colt or Rugers but like I said personal preference.

Another vote for the Ruger LCP Max. I carry one almost dally in a Mitch Rosen pocket holster. I use to carry the standard LCP, but moved to the max for the better trigger and sights.

For me it would most likely come down to one of two. Either a Glock 19 or a Sig 365. It would be a tough choice but I think (right now) the Sig would win. It would be easy to carry day in and out. Relatively accurate and I have not had an issue with it as of yet. The G19 would carry the...
Looks like I learned something new today. I had no idea that there were so many different cuts. I figured they were standard or proprietary. Guess I will have to call SA and see what they have to say.
Thanks All

Hi All
I have been thinking about getting one of the full size 45Acp Ronin's. Question I have is are the sight dovetails a standard cut or did Springfield use a proprietary cut on them? I am liking the gun but not the sights. I would want to put something like a set of Wilson or Novak Low...
Get yourself one of the Redding GR-X die. Not cheap but it will take that bulge right out of the case. I used one when I was reloading 40 S&W and ended up just running all my 40 cases through it.
