    CZ 457 Varmint 17HMR??

My 457 Americans .17 barrel outshot the .22 barrel by a huge margin. I was very impressed with the .17 and disappointed with the .22. 1/4-1/2 moa groups at 100 wernt difficult with the cci tipped bullets.....think they were cci....anyway.

Without one in hand to measure with i cant be sure, and i could easily be wrong, but that seems like an awful wide spacing for a moa reticle.

QL thinks you should be able to get close with 85s and a 20" tube. I WISH I hadn't forgotten my chrono today, id have much better idea of whats going on if I had velocities.

......Id be the subtensions on the new reticle are in mils.....looks too wide to be MOA, especially for the numbering.

My buddy is ordering a couple of them....I decided to pass as I have more than a few scopes in this power range, but since he's getting them Ill still get some hands on with one....hopefully before they are gone, incase I decide I really need another 6-24 lol.

    New to me k11

well......everyone says they want to be "surprised" by the trigger breaking.......... Thats a beautiful old rifle, I don't think I've ever seen on in nearly that good a shape in person. Its strange, I don't find most milsurps visually appealing....those and Mosins I do.

Ruger American Pred 6.5 Grendel to 6ARC begins

be interesting to see....i was seeing some pressure on the starline at 31.5gr, which is a little over hornadys max with the 108s. If Im feeling extra frisky this weekend I might go buy a box of factory arc ammo....stuffs 46 bucks tho.....

Ruger American Pred 6.5 Grendel to 6ARC begins

Yeah, im expecting an improvement just from not shooting crappy....tho im gonna blame dad for the second group, he shot that lol. Ive read mixed opinions on these tap bullets (2nds from midway) some guys have good uck some guys cant get anything resembling decent, so shooting smks and a few of...

Ruger American Pred 6.5 Grendel to 6ARC begins

Got out and shot the ARC, i unfortunately forgot my Chrono, so some of the relevant data isnt available. Accuracy was marginal at best, but i was shooting pretty horribly today, only on the second to last group was the gun not jumping all over. Alot of vertical dispersion i need to go over all...

    New toy Rossi R95

Unfortunately ive given away all my faster pistol powders, otherwise i probably would. I don't really mind burning components at this point. One more fireforming trip and i should have enough brass to last me a while......i should have some preliminary loads started in the next week or three. I...
