An instructor once told me using CLP in the barrel of a precision rifle will leave behind some Teflon, which will cause inconsistent muzzle velocities for as long as it's present. I still use CLP in the barrels of CQB carbines and handguns.

Mega Machine makes lowers with a very similar texture on the front of the magwell, if thats what you are after and can't find the Magpul. I couldn't say if Mega Machine is any easier to find though. Mine was an impulse buy at a gun show a couple years ago. sorry for the blurry photo.

I did use a Para Bolt Carrier. New Parts I used: -DSA Extreme Duty Para Scope Mount -DSA Para Bolt Carrier w/sand cuts -DSA Para Hampton Lower -DSA Para folding stock with AR buffer tube -DSA Para return spring set -DSA Ambi safety Everything else is either Imbel or Stg stuff.
