Stevens 311A 20-ga spare parts to have on hand

I need to replace a broken extractor screw and was wondering, since I was placing an order to Gun-Parts, what other spare parts I should order to keep on hand "just in case". It's a 1962 vintage. Thank you for any assistance, Bill

Stevens 311 part falls out when I remove hand guard

I have a Stevens 311 20 ga 1962 vintage and part number 39 on attached schematic (I don't know name of part) falls out of the receiver when I remove the hand guard and barrels. It does not fall out when the shotgun is pointed straight up when I remove the handguard. I replace part 39 and push...

Why aren't there more smoothbore .22's?

Family had one that we used for shooting reduced-size clay pigeons as a kid. Was a fun setup.

Seeking Information on old Belgium revolver

i think Kurt S. (Post #5) is on target as it being a Belgian copy of the French officer's model of 1874 of the Chamelot Delvigne revolver as I have determined it to be 11 mm. What a great forum! Thanks http://www.revolver1873.fr/revolver-1874.php

Seeking Information on old Belgium revolver

The oval appears to contain three letters or digits. The first is a G, followed by a G or C (I think), and I have no idea regarding the third character. I am visiting lots of old European revolver sites and have come up empty so far.

Seeking Information on old Belgium revolver

Corrected barrel i.d. And another stamp Thanks for the input Mr. Watson and Kurt. A .41 Magnum bullet is just a tad loose in the muzzle [Bullet diameter‎: ‎410 in (10.4 mm)‎] and the .41 Magnum case [ .434 in (11.0 mm)‎] is a bit large to fit into the muzzle. Does this pill-shaped stamp...

    Request information on conversion kit

Update I tried to insert the questionable 22 conversion in a Tactical Solutions dedicated 22 upper. It was about 1/2 inch too long. See comparison with TacSol BCG photo below. I believe that what I have is a 22 conversion drop-in for .223/5.56 upper missing the conversion chamber on the...

    Request information on conversion kit

One more question The kits I see on the Internet all seem to have a 5.56 case or something attached in front of the firing pin end of the conversion. Mine does not. Am I missing something?
