Your idea of equating paranoia with readiness is nauseating and ignorant.
Do you wear your seat belt in your car because you're paranoid? Do you buy health insurance because you're paranoid? I could name many more instances, but I'm guessing you'd brush them off much like the countless...
Question:
Why do you have a gun on you?
Possible Answers:
1. "...because my holster didn't have room for two guns."
2. "I have a gun on me!?? Get it off!! Get it off!!"
3. "Shhh!! I'm hunting wabbits..."
I just give any organization my home phone number (I only have it because it was mandatory with my DSL service). I don't even have a phone plugged in, so no worries. We use our cell phones for phone service. The only thing the landline gets used for is an occasional fax.
If you have a walmart near you and know when they put their ammo out, then use the trick that I just learned yesterday (thanks to someone posting it on this forum)
Go to http://www.ammo-can.net/
That is a apparently a site that can show you recent received ammo stock at your walmart. If your...
Thank you for posting this website...I had never heard of it. I've been trying to find .22lr for months and just don't have the time to go stand in my walmart every morning on the off chance that they get some in (my walmart puts their stock out every morning at 7:00am and anything they get is...
What you describe is the "handling" portion of shipping and handling. He should drop the "transfer fee" and just charge what he wants for shipping and handling.

What do you guys think of that kit? What's missing that I would need (other than primers, powder, bullets, and dies)?
I definitely have more pistol calibers that I'd be loading....apparently every time I buy a handgun, I like to torture myself and buy one in a different caliber. In rifle calibers, the only thing I need right now is 7mm rem mag, but I'm sure that will change in the future. As for handguns, I...
Hey guys, sorry for the n00b thread, but I'm kind of overwhelmed with so many options in reloading. I've been doing some reading on the subject off and on for awhile and I think I want to get my feet wet in subject. So, with that said, I'm looking for some opinions on what I should get. I...
Umm...I think this is the only thread I made...it was more about me trying to get some ideas on how to lock it, as that wasn't thought about in the initial "back of a napkin" plans lol. It does have a few pics from earlier in the build.

I went with the "hidden in plain sight" method when building a gun cabinet. My hope is that if anyone decides to rob me that they will just see it for what it appears to be...a dvd case sitting in the corner. If they happen to figure it out, then that's what insurance is for.
Umm...of course my wife has access...if I'm going to be out of the house overnight, she goes to the cabinet and gets out the nova h2o pump and S&W 686 and puts them by the bed because, in her words, "a girl needs options..."
Looking at the instructions on Lee's website, it looks like I actually have all of the parts except for the tool to flare the case (but that is an optional part depending on the cartridge that it's for according to the manual). It also looks like I have an extra part. It appears that I have...
I grabbed a .357 cartridge and it won't fit in the hole on the end of the die (but it is very close to that size). The hole is just slightly too small.
The end of the box has a small piece of sticker left, but what is left of it has nothing on it.
The instructions you mention make enough sense, and it looks like lee still sells all the pieces. Assuming their newer models aren't different, it looks like I can order the pieces that are missing...
I really can't find a number anywhere on this thing. I don't know which piece is what lol. The main silver piece in the middle of my second pic has "Lee Loader pat. 111 111" stamped on it, but that's it. I'm going to check with Lee and see if they have a manual for the thing....again...excuse...
Hey guys...I know nothing about reloading, but found this at a flea market for $5. It's in an old box and there seem to be some pieces missing? I'm assuming it's some sort of old hand held tool for reloading a specific cartridge, but there is no paper work and no numbers at all on the box or...
A Borderlands themed rack would be a good idea especially since they have many manufacturers in the game (Jakobs would be my choice!). I'd be careful selling them with any copyrighted images/titles on them....
