So I have begun my journey into loading the 50 BMG...I have done exhaustive reading and video watching...I have an RCBS Ammomaster with conversion kit and Hornady dies....I'm taking things slow and after extensive research and video watching started with the sizing process, not yet concerning...
I'll be starting to load 45 ACP's and just bought some Missouri Bullets....185gr Lead SWC.....I will be using Titegroup as a powder....looking through my manuals and online data I found data for 185 gr Horandy JSWC with a starting load of 5.0 and a max of 5.5....I'm going to drop those by 10%...
I pick up a lot of once-fired at my range on top of what I shoot....a lot of it is WIN brass people buy there....for some reason I would say half of it does not like to slide into my shell plate when reloading.....I wind up tossing them....all other 9mm brass works just fine....any thoughts?
Wow.....what a great forum with a ton of info....going thru all of it is tough though.....
I have a box of Meister Caliber 240 grain SWC.....looking for some load data for Unique powder....from my research this is what I have found....look good? or are there some other suggestions.....thanks...
