I found it in an old box of miscellaneous mags, but I have no idea what it is. It almost looks like it is meant to fit in the mag well of a rifle, but I’m not sure. I thought maybe one of you super-smart guys here might know. Any info appreciated.
Anyone care to venture a guess as to the vintage of this shotgun ammo? I'm wondering if it's still safe to shoot. (Though I'm not sure what I'd use 20 ga buckshot for.)
I also posted pictures of what I designated as Mag #4, and others ID’d that one as a Tec-9 mag. If Mag #4 is a Tec-9 ….. what is this one? (They’re both similar, but not exactly the same,)
So many knowledgeable experts on here .......... I am continually amazed at the depth and breadth of experience. How about this one? It looks similar to Mag #3 (the Tec-9), but ....... different too.
You guys are great, I knew someone on here would recognize the last one. So here's another, maybe you can help ID this one too?
Also, does anyone have any good online resource for ID'ing mags with a picture only? What do others do? (Besides posting on here!)
It’s .308 caliber, hoping somebody here can tell me what kind of gun it goes to. Could be a rifle, could be an MG. Any info appreciated. (This is my first attempt at uploading pics from a Desktop, my apologies if I screwed it up!)
It's very dry where I live, the humidity generally ranges from 15% - 35% year round. What is the best preservative or oil to use to rub on wood stocks to keep them from drying out, cracking, etc?
Because some of my NFA guns were registered to my company so long ago, they are not in my eForms inventory. I have been trying for months to get them added in, but so far, it hasn't happened. Until it does, my only choices are (a) paper forms mailed in, which seems to take about 6 weeks...
I’ve got a few questions for those of you that regularly do - or have done - email submissions of NFA transfer forms utilizing [email protected] ……
Is the correct email address [email protected]? Or [email protected]? Does one or the other get a better or quicker response?
Does the form...
Yeah, I think you’re right, probably a Beretta M38 mag. Wasn’t the M38 the long-ago predecessor to PM12S? I took it to the range last week, tried it out, and it functioned just fine in my PM12S.
The one one the left - with the "S" on the rear of the feed lip area - is a Beretta PM12S 9mm SMG mag. The one on the right is ...... I'm not sure! Anyone know? It is very similar to the PM12S mag except the rear of the body does not have the same pattern of holes compared to the PM12S...
It’s pretty dry where I live in the Southwest USA. I have a combo humidity/temp gauge inside my safe so I have a fairly accurate idea of those numbers. Is there an ideal temperature range and/or humidity % level for the inside of a gun safe? Hoping for some input from the experts here!
Had an interesting question recently about my MAC SSSW Stinger .22 Pen Gun: “Why doesn’t it have the sear/safety pin?” Which made me wonder if that sear/safety pin was a modification or addition to the manufacture of these little guns at some point in their production run. (Mine does not have...
