Some of you may recall me having a cow in the complaint department about some new Enfield stocks that took a year to receive, a few months ago. After much procrastination and taking care of a lot of other things going on, I finally got to work on the old girl.
Well, I spent the better part of...
Several months ago I received some new Enfield stocks for my 2A1. The wood is a pretty blond color, but I want to stain the wood a darker color. It appears to be a Tung oil finish applied over the wood.
Is there a method to remove this finish without doing a lot of sanding?
I was browsing on Fox News website and I pulled up the results from Minnesota. The very lowest candidate on the ballot, Roger Calero, is a member of the Socialist Worker Party??? :scrutiny:

I heard that this might be the case, and if so, I have a new gun I will be looking for!
.44 Magnum is fine, but my affinity is .45...
I have handled many Pythons and they really are gorgeous weapons. If the Anaconda was chambered in my favorite caliber, .45 Colt, life would have a new...
Looks like a hell of a gun, but the .22 style tube setup for the magazine is kind of strange...
I do like the way the gun looks. The dark colored stock wood makes it almost (I said almost) looks like a "black rifle". Since this was the first Rossi slabside I have ever seen, I was...
