Sold my Glock 43 & 36. What metal frame carry gun should I get?

Just wanted to say that I also side with the CZ Compact Pistol Line up. I have the PCR model but I also really like the PO1 I believe it has the accessory rail. CZ's are really quality firearms. This seems to me a buyers market as far as so many handgun choices available to the shopper. Will

What is the worst revolver you have ever owned?

Pleased to say that I have not had a bad revolver. Years back I used to be very aggressive doing the buy, sell, trade thing and had owned some real nice revolvers I foolishly let go that I now regret. Live and learn as they say. Will

    Two CZ PCR's

Another Ohio boy here and I think CZ hit another home run with the PCR. I ended up putting VZ grips on mine. But the I really like the factory grips especially at the range. Will

    Sig 365

Had to get on a waiting list at an LGS near us. And when I got the call it was in was the latest upgrade model. It's a very nice pistol. Easy to pocket carry in a DeSantis. Will

I did it for the children. Thoughts on new CZ75 SP01 Urban Grey Tactical

I have the SP01's compact brother the PCR and really like it. Also bought the CZ 75 Matte Stainless full size model last year and am very impressed with the quality of there firearms. Great write up thanks. Will

    L-Frame grips

I purchased a pair of VZ grips for my 3" 686 Plus. I really like them a lot. Someone on the S&W forum recommended them. Will

Savage rifles ... the most accurate out-of-the-box ?

Another vote here for Tikka. My T3 Lite has such a slick action and just a great trigger for an out of the rifle. And did I say it is so accurate the I would never think of getting rid of it. I may just buy another some day because I have a very nice Vortex Viper scope that needs a home. Will

    .22 mag handguns?

I just am crazy about my Kel Tec .32 and have had it for a number of years. It is a great pocket carry gun. The .22 WMR is a great cartridge but seems better suited in a rifle than a handgun. But I am impressed with the NAA Pug and Black Widow pistols. They are very well made. Will

    Looking for a .22lr -

I absolutely love my Bersa .22lr. has that Walther PPK classic look and has been 100 per cent reliable with quality high velosity ammo like CCI Mini Mags. First saw one years ago at my concealed carry class and everyone just loved it. Reliable and comfortable. And as it has been said the mags...

Ruger Hawkeye: Sell it or make it a project gun?

Yep I would sell it. I have a Tikka and all I can say is I was blown away at how accurate it was the first time I shot it. It is a shame those Hawkeye's don't shoot any better than they do for the money one sell's for brand new. There is just too many rifles being made out there that shoot...

    9mm pocket pistol

Been using a Kel- Tec P.32 for years now and really like it. It has been 100% reliable at the range practicing with it. But it is not a range gun it is a true pocket pistol. I've been flirting with the idea of a 9mm for a pocket pistol also. Been doing some research on the Beretta Nano. Looks a...

    mousegun caliber question

Another Kel Tec P32 fan here. And if I remember right the .32ACP is a John Browning creation. I can carry it in a front pocket in a holster in what ever I wish to wear. And it is a very controllable pistol. Shot placement is the most important thing to me not the size of the bullet. I love...

new to me tikka t3 in .223

I have had my Tikka T3 S.S. for a few years now. I look at it as a economy Sako model. Bought it as a target rifle sense I don't hunt any more. And I shoot both .223 Rem. and 5.56 Nato in it cause the ammo is inexpensive and it soots both just fine.

Which would you carry between a 357, 5 shot snubby, or a 9mm single stack 7 round pistol

To the original poster I choose single stack 9mm. Although personally I pocket carry a Kel-Tec P.32 or a Glock 26 inside the waist band. The nice thing about the P.32 is i can carry it in a small pocket holster in the lightest pair of shorts and t-shirt. It really comes down to what a person...

Pretty much the answer I would make. I'm not prejudice against any cartridge.

I now own a Stag Model 8 Piston and love it. Very easy to clean. I never liked cleaning my old DI rifles. Will

    S&W 686 Plus

The sights are just fine. Typical S&W revolver sights with adj. rear, red ramp front. I really enjoy Hickcock 45 too. The guy can really shoot. Will

    S&W 686 Plus

Took my new S&W 686 Plus, 3" to the range today and I have to say I am very impressed with the choice I made. Been awhile sense I shot a revolver but it pretty much hit point of aim if I did my part. I have read about barrels being canted and frames scratch but this revolver seems to be perfect...

What is the first gun you ever puchase or received

S&W M-57 .41 Mag. 4" revolver that was given to me from another Ohio boy when I was in Nam. in 1967. I in turned gave it to another Ohio boy when I came back to the World. Semper Fi my brothers. Will
