Just found this bolt in a box of stuff I ended up with. I think it's a Remington with a .308 bolt face. I have no need of it but I would like to have a definite idea of what it fits, and a ball-park figure of what it's worth.

Other than private land (I only have 3 acres), is there anyplace in SEPA where you can just walk in the woods with a .22 pistol and pop off at squirrels? Just about any place I can think of would have rounds landing outside the walking area if you aimed at a treed rat.

I have a $15 reflex sight on my HP995. It's been fine, and accurate, for a number of years now but likes to flicker every now and then. Any recommendations for a decent reflex sight that won't break the bank? And remember, it's going on a High-Point, so it shouldn't be $200 lipstick on a $100 pig.

Ok, I'm pretty sure that I know the answer, but we had a disagreement at work. FWIW, I'm just an employee and my boss is the actual FFL holder. Ques. - Can a modern (post-1898) long gun be sent/received across state lines without going via an FFL? For now I'll hold off on who took which side.
